The back duathlon is a functional back training concept that combines exercises from yoga, Pilates and gymnastics with a free weight training circuit. Each participant trains flexibility and strength while benefiting from the supervision of a physiotherapist.
Thanks to the individual feedback system, each participant trains with his or her optimal weight.
Trial training and entry possible at any time.

The back duathlon course includes:

  • Strengthening of abdominal and back muscles
  • Optimal spinal mobility for everyday life
  • Resilience training for the back, fitness building, general strengthening
  • Training taking into account all tissue structures
  • Fun in the group

The joint duathlon is a functional joint training concept that combines exercises from yoga, Pilates and gymnastics with a free weight training circuit. Each participant trains flexibility and strength while benefiting from the supervision of a physiotherapist.
Thanks to the individual feedback system, each participant trains with his or her optimal weight.

  • Strengthening of the extremities
  • Optimal joint mobilization for everyday life
  • Resilience training for knees, hips and shoulders,
  • Conditioning, general strengthening
  • Training taking into account all tissue structures
  • Fun in the group

Medical Nordic Walking

Outdoors in nature. Suitable for everyone and every age group.

Medical Nordic Walking is the optimal whole body sport in the field of endurance training with one of the best health balances

  • 40-50% more effective than walking without poles
  • Strengthening of the shoulder, neck region
  • Strong calorie consumption due to the high muscle use (90%, i.e. approx. 600 muscles)
  • Increase of oxygen saturation of the whole organism
  • Relief for hip, knee joints and spine (e.g. in case of arthrosis, trauma and after operations)
  • Fun in the group
