Functional Training – with Movement
Optimal for all kinds of back and neck problems, taking into account the latest findings.
The back duathlon is a functional back training concept that combines exercises from yoga, Pilates and gymnastics with a free weight training circuit. Each participant trains flexibility and strength while benefiting from the supervision of a physiotherapist.
Thanks to the individual feedback system, each participant trains with his or her optimal weight.
Trial training and entry possible at any time.
The back duathlon course includes:
- Strengthening of abdominal and back muscles
- Optimal spinal mobility for everyday life
- Resilience training for the back, fitness building, general strengthening
- Training taking into account all tissue structures
- Fun in the group
