With the body scan we determine your weight and the proportion of body fat, muscle mass and body water. This documents your training progress – a strong motivation for regular training.

Metabolic analysis uses spiroergometry to determine your personal metabolic profile, including fat and carbohydrate burning. From this we derive a particularly efficient training and nutrition programme.

Spiroergometry-based performance diagnostics show your current performance level and provide the basis for goal-oriented training – just like professional athletes.
